Program Fair for three days.


During the three days you will find on the fair: • Animation

around the stands by Jean-Pierre Descombes (games quiz).
• Many gift baskets to win various prizes (donated by the General Council of Calvados, Conseil Régional de Basse-Normandie, bowling de Vire, the restaurant "the Triskell" ... etc.) and vouchers (provided by MAFF insurance).
• 8 pm 30: Breakfast with tripe (part of Virois Tripe, boiled potatoes, cheese and country bread) (7 €).
• Food: The Hotel de France - Annex Caterer "in Vire (noon, 16 € and 17 € with cheese, without reservation).
• Presence of a Basque group: typical music and songs.
• Demonstration Kitchen by:
- Heads Restaurant: Le Manoir de la Pommeraie to Roullours, The word of mouth Clinchamps Mesnil, Hotel St. Pierre in Vire, the fruit tree in Villedieu-les-stoves.
- Marc Gour, former restaurant near Vire and participants in the cooking classes offered by the MJC
Vire.


Saturday, October 30:
• 10 am: Opening of the Fair
• 14 pm: Inauguration by Mr. Jean-Yves Cousin, Deputy Mayor of Vire in the presence of numerous local and regional
• 16 h 00 : Induction by the Brotherhood of the True andouille de Vire. •
20 h 30: Dinner with lively music David Fountain (booking: 22 €).

Sunday, October 31:
• 20 h 30: Dinner with lively music David Fountain (booking: 22 €).

Monday 1st November:

• Afternoon: the pig squealing contest. In the presence of the Champion
pig squealing, 2010, Franck Chenai. Registration required (for adults and children
